Can't login

I keep try to login but it keeps saying failed to login that means usually as
the server is offline but.... the server is just online cuz i checked on Kopanel and still everyone was onlne..... Jalie my friend has same problem with login he said how i can log in now??? if it keep saying failed logging into the login server(10061)

sometimes when i loggin on my server

then i get that same message you get

but then i just restart the client exe. ( not the launcher not working atm)

and it works
